I feel like if we had an ideal world.

Women would actually be compensated the same as to men.

LGBTQ+, BIPOC people would be actually compensated the same as to white men.

You would see more women, LGBTQ+, BIPOC people at higher exec levels.

You would see appropriate compensations where people aren’t paid to be just living by, spinning their wheels getting no where.

You would see organizations actually taking accountability for their mistakes and actually cleaning up the messes they’ve made.

You would see leaders actually taking accountability for their mistakes and actually providing resources rather than fucking hoarding it for themselves to create this FUCKING GARBAGE.

You wouldn’t see these white execs having extra marital affairs ’cause now they have this ability to have a side piece.

You wouldn’t see these sugar babies – practically selling themselves. If they were actually passionate about a topic, were good at it – they’d be given that opportunity to do what they love.

You wouldn’t have garbage career politicians creating garbage archaic things that get you no where. Or do they truly design it that way to ensure we’re oppressed. No different from the Indian caste system, no?

What are we at now?

• similar to russia with we treat Indigenous People, their land and their resources – i.e., diamonds, De Beers and our Hunger Game districts with Torontonia, Vancouver, Moscovia being district one. But district one is falling apart lmfao
• Indian caste system – trudueas, harris, mulroneys, dunlops, etc, WASPs being at the top…
• Northern Korea with our paper pushing of medical, Service Canada papers while our overlords with shit credentials make $400k to give you garbage.

I don’t know, I feel like more women would bring in more caring workplaces. There are men that care but surrounded by them, you get a circle jerk that becomes toxic.

People wouldn’t be reprimanded for their style of hair, clothing – as long as safe for the work? Let’s be real, office spaces can get cold, I don’t think many women wear overly revealing clothing to the office. IDK – HR want to weigh in on this? Are we supposed to dress accordingly because coworkers can’t control their thoughts or actions or are fun uniforms also an option? I personally found it easier to have work clothes available as an option cause it took forever to decide. Maybe that’s just the catholic school kid in me. But hey – options are also good.

Are we treating work high school or actual work? Is it a hook up spot or a place where we create stuff to make this world awesome and make sure we’re comfortable?

Or are we just ok with how things continue – garbage results, meat grinder society, garbage healthcare, more homeless, more addictions, people being coerced into MAiD because worker comp screws workers over, further causes inhumane treatment of people, resulting in them wanting to just die because quality of life is shit – I am looking at you Alberta WCB and how you’re treating my MIL. She’s a nurse who injured her back with 3 spinal fusions that keep failing and doctors failing her. This is not out of the ordinary issue – many nurses have back injuries – this is not something you fake.

You are fucking shitheads. Literal Hitlers. I have no other words other than that. You understand what that does to the family. Right? Extreme words, right? I have no other words due to the anger you have created. Not only was I going through my own suicidal ideation because of your sister province and healthcare, but I was also navigating the shit you caused my MIL to go through in 2024. Congrats on being a shit WCB. Your WCB doctors are as negligent in how you treat injured workers with back injuries. You know why she can’t live in the city she lived in? because it’s impossible based on what Alberta pays in WCB and AISH so you force people out of the city… away from resources to small towns that cannot provide the resources they need. WSIB – you listening? Do you see a trend here with our family outside of Toronto? How many are considering MAiD because of you?

We are a literal modern day Nazi state with the shit that happens. We do studies on people without their knowledge and see how mercury impacts them without telling people. We do studies on mining workers in Ontario and present the data at a conference in Bordeaux. We withhold data. We do unethical studies on Indigenous Kids and people with mental health struggles without their knowledge. We’re ok with their deaths, right? No one questions this stuff. This doesn’t sit on people’s conscience? That they are responsible for people’s deaths, people’s suicides? No one speaks up? No? Doesn’t bother you at all? Everything is fine, right? We’re just a burning dumpster fire.
