What pisses me off about these “Free” Ice Creams and “Free” BBQs is that it reminds me of what they did in Ukraine.

When you had elections, these Putin backed politicians would try to buy votes by giving grandmas food. They’d give out buckwheat because they knew these elderly were on a limited pension. These people had barely anything and you saw them struggling. They’d be on the street selling flowers just to supplement their income. That’s not how someone should spend their retirement. Sitting on a corner trying to supplement their income. And then we have these assholes trying to buy votes by dangling food above their head.

Throw in the fact that our politicians are wasting $30k on BBQs in a single sitting. That’s the cost of someone’s post-secondary education, a car, rent, food, a senior’s pension.

I have no other words. It’s just EFFED up.
